Cancelations for Executive Presence must be made no later than one week prior to the program date, and refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee. No refund option will be available for cancelations made less than one week prior to that program date. No-shore registrants will forfeit any payment made for the program. CHEP does not offer vouchers for cancelations for these conferences.
