Course Descriptions and Learning Objectives

This lecture covers current epidemiology, risk factors, and clinical approaches to understanding firearm suicide in US military veterans. 2. Review general risk factors for suicide
3. Formulate how periods of mental health crisis can lead to suicide attempts
4. Illustrate how research in veteran firearm suicide has evolved
